Day off today from exercise.
7am Grouse Grind tomorrow morning…Looking forward to it.
Day 117
After my 2 WOD’s yesterday I could have easily taken the day off. Once you get warmed up it’s amazing how good it feels to exert yourself though.
Today I was at Ted Loo Fitness where I got to do some fun stuff with ropes.
Started the morning with a very relaxing boat ride.

1st was jumping jacks with the rope and then the up and down like we always see on videos. Fairly easy for the first 20 seconds but then to maintain for 45 seconds or a minute WOW!

Between the rope I did step ups with 30lbs and incorporated a bicep curl and shoulder press.

Sunday Funday Throw Down at Fitness Town Burnaby
I did 2 workouts this morning
Warm up #1 (21 - 15 - 9)
- Sit ups
- Jump Squats
WOD #1 AMRAP (As many rounds as possible) in 12 minutes
- 6 Burpees
- 9 Kettle Bells swings (16kg)
- 12 Wall Balls (20lbs)
I did 7 rounds plus 4 (193 reps total)
Warm up #2 AMRAP 5 min
- Double Under Skips
I did 268 DU’s
WOD #2 AMRAP 3 min then rest 1 min - 5X
- 3 Cleans (95lbs)
- 6 Push ups
- 9 Air Squats
I did 19 rounds (342 reps total)


Day 115
Grouse Grind for kids #1 I’m very pleased with my time of 52:39 Next time I’ll break 50 for sure. I casually walked the start with a friend for the first 1/8th. To knock 3 minutes is very doable. Time will tell. Awesome way to start an awesome day.
