My Why?
My Dad was diagnosed with a irregular heart beat and western medicine loaded him up with daily drugs. All of which were 3 years or less = guinea pig.
6 years ago I had blood tests done and had high cholesterol and I was immediately told to go on drugs. I refused and decided to eat healthy and exercise.
Very similar to what I am about to embark on now with Dai Manuel from Fitness Town and Ted Loo from Ted Loo Fitness.
I cannot commit to a trainer 3 or 4 times a week so fitness town has all the gear I need to workout anywhere anytime. I work out with Ted on Monday’s and with the fitness town staff Wednesday’s. The remaining days is up to me. Dai, Ted and YOU are my accountability coaches.
Net result 6 years ago, body fat dropped 15% and my blood work was A1. The doctor couldn’t believe the change, she even asked me in disbelief “how did you do this?”, my answer “I ate healthy and I exercised, maybe you should subscribe that to your next patient”, I have not seen her since.
My Mum was on high blood pressure pills for 5 years after 2 months of eating right and exercise she was off them.
I have done research on irregular heart beats and it’s an easy fix, guess how? Yep eat healthy and exercise.
Did you know that if you have bad blood flow anywhere (Viagra and Cialis users) it means you have bad blood flow everywhere.
Exercise is important, eating heathy is critical!
My current body composition is here, basically back where I was 6 years ago, time for a lifestyle change this time.
